Attention All Commercial Members and N?on-members of the KySTMA
The KySTMA is pleased to announce this year’s sports turf field day(s), which is scheduled for Thursday, June 19 and Friday June 20, 2008. This year’s host is Eddie Atherton and the City of Owensboro. The exhibit, including the equipment demonstrations, will be held at Thompson – Berry Soccer complex, 1 Carter Rd, Owensboro KY 42301. The format will provide you with an opportunity to interact with participants, as each exhibiter will be given 10 minutes of time to tell the entire group about your products and services. At the conclusion of those presentations, the group will break up and be free to move from exhibitor to exhibitor allowing you direct contact.

The exhibit hours are from 9:00 AM CST to 11:30 PM CST on Thursday, June 19.

You may setup between the hours of 7:00 AM CST – 8:30 AM CST. The cost for members is @250.00 for motorized equipment and $50.00 for tailgate exhibiting. Cost for non?]members are $300.00 and $75.00 respectfully. Included with this letter is an outline of the rules for exhibiting and an exhibit commitment form for pre?-payment.

We request payment be made in advance to help us plan for meals and space, however, you may pay at the site when you arrive. We ask that pre?]payment be mailed on or before Friday June 6, 2008. We can accept cash, check or VISA. Please call me if you plan on attending but will pay upon your arrival. While we have space available in case of inclement weather, it may limit the number and type of equipment that can be viewed.

We are seeking a total of 4 sponsorships for lunch on Thursday, coffee and donuts each morning and an afternoon break the first day. The lunch sponsorship is $250.00 with the remaining 3 at $100.00 each. All are on a first come?-first serve basis. Please call me if you’re interested.
